at 9am I had chicken McMuffin and coffee and around 6 pm my stomach was not feeling well. from the middle of night the diarrhea started with extreme stomach cramps and it has not stopped for 5 days. I have extreme light headedness and dizziness with headache  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Cramps, Headache, Dizziness

My daughter just has a Diet Coke at 9:00 Pm and within 15-20 minutes had severe cramps, throwing up acid, then diarrhea. Has been in bathroom now for 30 minutes.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

I literally had a cheeseburger, fries and some cheese melts, within half an hour I had horrendous stomach cramps, was vomiting, had diarrhea and was shivering and sweating at the same time  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating
