Had a Mcmuffin meal with 3 other people,I had a coffee and the rest had orange juice.About 5 hrs later became very nauseated and started to have lots of diarrhea. It happened on jan08/2021  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Sweet Tea 2 got sick, we both ordered the sweet tea, and I only had the sweet tea. Within fifteen minutes we both felt nauseous, and within 3 hours we both had vomited and have bad diarrhea. It happened Today  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate a couple chicken nuggets and after I had so much gas with the food not digesting. No diarrhea, but super bloated with gasses that made it unbearable to sleep. In morning I had fever and exhaustion that lasted all day and night. Had to take Tylenol & I was very very hot.  | Symptoms: Bloating, Gas, Fever, Diarrhea
