On June 29, I had a chicken sandwich for lunch. Within a couple of hours, I wasn't feeling very good and later had bad stomach pain and nausea. I've had diarrhea and vomiting, and a day later, I'm still not feeling good. The sandwich was awful!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I had 2 mcchickens, I went to sleep and woke up around 1am with really bad stomach aches and cramps. Then I tried to poop and was very constipated with diarrhea. I started to vomit.
