Had a strawberry milkshake and a quarter pounder with cheese.
I have had quarter pounders from the same location a handful of times over the last few years. I cannot remember the last time I had a shake from there before this, so I suspect it was the culprit.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Chicken nuggets Yesterday night I ate chicken nuggets and ever since I started having an upset stomach, then diarrhea and then bad nausea and vomiting.
