McDonalds chicken nuggets, I had chicken nuggets from McDonald’s for dinner while my husband had a quarter pounder. He’s fine but I’m up all night with nausea and constipation so much I can’t sleep and feel awful. It started about 4-5 hours after I ate there.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Constipation

Myself and my entire family got food poisoning from McDonald’s on 03/16/19. Within an hour we all experienced diarrhea and vomiting. My 5 year old son now (on 03/17/19) has a 101.7 fever, chills, nausea, headache, and diarrhea. Never eating here again!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills

Chicken and cheese burger and nuggets, I bought my child Happy meal with 6 nuggets with vanilla milkshake and Chicken and cheese burger and ever since he ate that he was complaining of stomach ache and then he vomited after some time and has vomited three times already.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
