Had breakfast at McDonald's fair oaks in south Pasadena 11/2/24 around 845 AM PST. I had just a beef patty McMuffin with no onions. A couple hours later that same day, I was writhing in pain from a stomach ache, gas, & diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Diarrhea, Gas
