My son ate at the McDonalds at 3912 McLeod Trail SE in Calgary, AB. He ate Chicken burger, fried, and fries and a iced coffee. He is extremely ill, and started 2 hours after he had eaten at this McDonalds.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My daughter ate a sausage McGriddle yesterday morning and she has had diarrhea and threw up in the car about 31/2 hours later after complaining of her stomach hurting. Today she has had 1 episode of diarrhea and really bad gas and won’t really eat anything els  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas

Not much of a story to tell I was really hungry around noon I ate 2 hot n spicy mcchickens and a fry and felt nauseous after. Spent until 2 am vomiting and having loose stools all night.
