I ate 2 McDoubles Fries Cookies and a McFlurry. I then woke up sick throwing up unable to eat. Nausea and vomiting all day. Headache chills and weakness. Followed by dehydration.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache, Weakness, Chills
