While at the restaurant I developed bad stomach cramps after I ate. Used the bathroom at the restaurant and started to feel nausea. Went to Sams Club to do some shopping after I ate and started to vomit in there bathroom. I vomited a total of 4 times since I ate the salad  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Ate about 8:55 am this morning, Wednesday may 30th in Eagle, Idaho. I ate a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and a hash brown. This is the only meal I have eaten today so I know it has come from there.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I was looking forward to my McDonald’s breakfast but stupidly brought it from pitsea McDonald’s which is absolutely disgusting anyway. After an hour of eating my McMuffin I was non stop throwing up and felt nauseous  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
