Picked Breakfast burritos around 9:30am. Started feeling off around 11:30 worsened around 4pm with Fever, Chills and vomiting. Nothing was ate after the burritos, nor the night before.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

me and my daughter came to mc donald’s yesterday afternoon around 5ish! my daughter had chicken nuggets kids meal! by 9 that evening she was being violently sick! and continued till half 5 this morning!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

Grabbed a happy meal for my 4 year old. Chicken nuggets, and french fries. At 6:45pm 5/16/18. He ate it all fine, was fine all night. Then woke up at 4am vomiting what looked like chicken nuggets and french fries, it even smelled just like McDonald’s. No fever. But can’t even hold water down now.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
