Ordered some chicken nuggets from Macdonald's, Cheltenham at around 4:30 yesterday. After a couple of hours or so I had lost my appetite and began feeling sick. Woke up feeling very ill and have thrown up and had diarrhoea throughout the night  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

As a frequent customer of said mcdounlds store I ordered a chicken mac at about 7:30pm on a Thursday night, as I was consuming said burger I begin to notice a odd taste so I stopped eating it at around half way. And then around 12 hours… See more

McDonalds UK Hi I’ve just got home from picking up my order I got a peri peri wrap and the chicken is undercooked I have a picture to show if that helps. I can’t go back there now. But what should i do. I feel sick even looking at it now

I ordered a chocolate chip frappe at 5pm. Stomach pains began around 11pm. Diarrhea began at 1am, very painful, vomiting started at 5am. Non stop severe diarrhea and vomiting. Extremes belly pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
