McDonalds food poisoning can happen and the most reported symptoms are nausea and diarrhea. Salmonella is a common diagnosis reported by customers. The last major multi-state outbreak at McDonalds occured in Aug 2018 when 395 people got sick from salad mix contaminated with Cyclospora.
