I got a egg mcmuffin from there got home and 4 hours later started vomiting and diarrhea and got a fever and was weak and dizzy for about 2 days and now today I am still weak and dizzy  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Weakness
