stopped at a mcdonalds on our way home from little rock, ordered 2 cheeseburgers couldnt even finish the first one because of how bad it tasted, immediately felt sick and uneasy, been puking my guts out for the past 4 days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

On Two days ago I got a quarter pounder with cheese and fries. The burger tasted very salty. About three hours later my stomach was cramping and I had diarrhea. I still have the same symptoms. Three years ago almost the same thing happened, but was much worse.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
