I had the artisan grilled chicken. The evening of 4/10 and woke up early this morning 4/11 extremely nauseous. I have been throwing up and have had diarrhea as well. I called the restaurant but they did not seem concerned in the least  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate at 11pm, had a Mac Jr and a FiletO'Fish. Felt nauseated before bed and woke to diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. I now run a fever and ruptured my throat from all the vomiting. My vomit has lots of blood now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
