Yesterday Caramel frappe at mcdonalds I am not lactose intolerant or have any digestive issues yet my stomach started hurting within 20 minutes of drinking it, and I've had nausea, stomach pain and diarrhea, for a full 24 hours now  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
