My two sons and I had a Macdo take-out menu on Wednesday December 27th.
Diarrhea, vomiting continuously. Headaches and chills. I have never seen my boys aged 15 and 26 so sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills

Suspected source: I had mcdonalds, but I also at Mac and cheese which has milk and I'm lactose intolerant but I've never been sick from milk
