Ordered a double cheeseburger, a snack wrap, and a large fry. The burger was barely warm to the point I didn't even finish it. 3 hours later I was vomiting multiple times and now i'm bed ridden, can barely eat, and my body aches.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Body Ache

Meal on Monday, October 13 at the McDonalds, stomach cramps and fever all night that followed.
I had to go to bed on Tuesday, October 14 under several duvets with nausea and stomach cramps.
