The last meal I had was with my family at here. Myself and my son have had the selected symptoms and we think it could have can from the chocolate milk shake as my partner and other son did not have the milkshake and they’re fine.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I visited here on the 1st April drive thur and got a Big Mac meal I come home few hours later I am vomiting really bad with diarrhoea same time absolutely terrible going hot and cold I will never eat out of there again  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
