Spicy Chicken Sandwich & Fries, I had a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and a large coke. I had this around noon and by 230-3pm I was feeling nauseated. By 8 pm I was puking alot, to the point where I just stayed in the bathroom.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Today, McChicken sandwiches. We had it delivered by Doordash yesterday and my son had the McChicken Sandwich with a frozen Coke. The rest of us had McFrappe drinks and fries, and either cheeseburgers or apple fritters. No one else has gotten sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
