I was sick immediately after eating in this MacDonald's, I understood that MacDonald was involved when a person said that his whole family was sick that same evening while eating at MC Donald Caussade in Tarn et Garonne  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

4 of us stopped for a quick lunch passing through to Chicago. Two people had quarter pounders, one had hamburgers, one had nuggets. We all had drinks. We’re are all sick from both ends hours later. Up all night. My guess is the drink machine is loaded with bacteria.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
