Ate a Big Mac around 1:00 pm.
Ate that only and a banana earlier. Then around 8:15 ate Mac and Cheese from Deli at a grocery store. Became very ill within an HR of that! Was it their Big Mac or Mac and Cheese?  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

My cousin and I shared nuggets and fries. The very next day we both got sick. I haven’t been able to keep food down and my booty is on fire from running to the bathroom.
