I had a meal I love and usually only buy; double quarter pounder with grilled onions. I should have know something was wrong when they gave me my sandwich too quickly. It usually takes some time to add grilled onions to a fresh sandwich.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
