Had butterfly chicken, chips & sweetcorn. Garlic sauce. Ice cream from machine. Started with severe stomach cramps followed by vomiting etc within 2 hours of eating.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
