got food during my break at work around 5:35 as I usually do on weekends and i ended up leaving work early due to sudden diarrhea and nausea. ended up pulling over on the freeway on my way home and vomiting twice  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache

4/15/2024 Food Hospitalized as a result of food poisoning - symptoms started within five hours of consuming food. Tests ran in hospital confirming it wasn’t viral or any other causes.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Caesar salad with grilled chicken, Ate a chicken Caesar salad around 8:00 pm. After going to bed I awoke around 2am with diarrhea, stomach cramps, chills, and headache. These conditions lasted throughout the night until around 9 am the next day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache, Chills
