The only thing I had to eat all day during work hours. I had here at 2pm on my lunch hours and it is now 9:36pm and my stomach is hurting sooo bad right now. I have the runs like crazy and feel super nauseous. Uugh I feel horrible never again :(  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I ate Fried Rice, Honey Sesame Chicken and Broccoli Beef on March 26, 2022. A short time later I begin having severe stomach cramps along with vomiting and diarrhea.
