My family and I went out to Panda Express on Northern and 95th Avenue. We sat down and ate the food we were presented and by the morning my family was all sick vomiting constantly without being able to catch a break. This was the last meal of the night.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I got my food at around 11am on 10-4-17 and about around 5pm I started throwing up and have continued to do so and it's 1:50am on 10-5-17. I'm in horrible pain from the constant vomiting.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a bowl with chow mein noodles and beef broccoli, started feeling nauseated about an hour after. Tried sleeping it off after about an hour of sleeping I ended up throwing up about 5 times. Along with diarrhea..  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Didn't have breakfast. Had Panda Express for lunch and about an hour later had diarrhea that lasted about 45 minutes. I am thinking it was from their orange chicken not being cooked all the way.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
