My husband and I ordered a meal to share on December 4, 2022. We had broccoli beef and orange chicken with egg rolls and chow mein. We ate it at home at about 6 pm and went to bed between 8-9 pm. I woke up with explosive diarrhea, a headache, & nausea. My husband woke up with a headache & nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache

I got sick from eating noodles. I instantly started feeling nauseated and when I say I instantly then threw it up like the exorcist I mean instantly. After the vomiting my stomach felt way better  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ordered a large size original orange chicken, it didn’t taste off and in fact was quite good but after finishing I slowly started feeling queezy and have been up the whole night throwing up.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
