After eating at pei wei on Saturday 04/07/2018 my sister in law and I started feeling very sick on Monday.
Symptoms included diarrhea, fever, stomach cramps, muscle weakness and vomiting.
I had the orange chicken with fried rice and she had a tuna salad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Thursday evening, March 23rd. Ordered orange chicken with white rice. Woke up at 4:30 am with severe stomach pains. Vomited several times throughout the next day, had bad stomach pains and felt weak.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Stomach Pain
