I ate 3 slices of the pizza at 8 pm. Woke up at 3am with a serious stomach pain. Fell asleep then woke up at 4am and rushed to the bathroom to vomit. Stayed up until 12pm constantly vomiting with fits of diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Ordered two large meat pizzas on Saturday at 4pm by midnight was throwing up uncontrollably. Drinking water would immediately come back up. I have been unable to get out of bed  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Got our hot pizza ate and within a few hours everyone in the house was very sick nauseated and diarrhea, twisted stomach and could barely move . We order Pizza Hut all the time once a week at least but this is the first time this happened to us  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ate some pizza with bacon and chicken and also the Hershey cookies cake. My younger sisters began throwing up in the middle of the night. They have diarrhea and so do I. My entire family has been throwing up for the pass 2 days. We took the kids to the doctor and they were prescribed medication  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I've never had food poisoning before but this is different than the flu. *I am only assuming it's food poisoning.* Ate around 7:30-8 immediately felt weird and didn't want to eat more than 3 pieces (ended up eating 4-5) woke up around 12:30 feeling nauseous and ended… See more
