I ordered a beef and pineapple pizza. I had four slices and several hours later I was throwing up and had diarrhea I was the only one to eat that particular pizza. My wife got home late and I told her not to eat it.

My food (pepperoni pizza and hot and spicy chicken strips) was delivered by an Uber eats driver around 1930 last night. At midnight I began to experience diarrhoea which remained through the night. At 0700 I was sick and both have remained.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
