Yesterday I ate lunch and had chicken and yellow rice black beans fried yuca.
1 hour later I had nausea, vomited several time when I got home sick all night could go to work it’s been 36 hours still deathly ill.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

The food their is usually okay but today I order rice and beans with French fries.. my friend comment on the smell of the black beans selling bad I agreed and stated it tasted bad also  | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting

At around 3pm I ate grilled chicken breast, boiled yucca and mojo with unsweetened mango tea. Woke up at 1:30 AM with severe abdominal pain followed by vomiting, diarrhea, whole body shaking and shortness of breath. So bad I thought I was dying  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
