I ate at around 5:00 pm 7/21/17. I had rice, chow mein, kung pow chicken and sesame chicken. I felt sick about an hour later, started throwing up at 9:00pm and didn't stop until 2 am. I also had diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered half a pound of antipasto salad from the deli around noon. The person who served it didn't wear gloves when handling the food and I had asked if they weren't required to use gloves anymore. She said nothing and I had assumed she just couldn't hear… See more
