I had the BBQ chicken salad that's prepackaged and the baked potato soup today for lunch around 1:00pm and started feeling symptoms around 6:30pm. Currently hunched over my toilet praying for it to stop and furious with Safeway.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Friday, 10/6/17, about 5 pm, purchased shrimp (defrosted frozen, 51-60 count) from the butcher case. The shrimp went straight home and into the fridge. Two salads bought - Kale and cranberry with chicken and Southwestern chicken - both in round packages. One each eaten by myself and my daughter - both with nausea, vomiting plus my daughter had fever and headache. Lasted less than 12 hours  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

I had some the mac and cheese from the salad bar. What later happened was terrible. Intense stomach cramps, throwing up, nausea, and weakness. I went to the Doctors on Duty and they gave me medicine. Food was consumed on May 8, May 9 was when all hell broke loose.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
