Grilled chicken/onion rings. I got lunch, two hours later I was vomiting uncontrollably then had terrible stomach pains followed by diarrhea

I was the only person to consume ice cream on Sunday afternoon around 430pm. In the middle of the night I started throwing up, liquid diarrhea, fever, severe chills, and headache.
