Today I ordered an egg sandwich and a chocolate with hazelnut and I didn't eat anything else at 12 o'clock I had a fever and it doesn't go down now at 1:30 I have diarrhea that I can't get out of the bathroom and I have a fever of 38:30  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever
