Well I had lucky charms for breakfast and a couple hours later I had severe stomach pains, diarrhea, headache watery eyes. I ate lucky charms that Saturday, April 9 for breakfast. That evening I began having severe liquid diarrhea, stomach cramps, headache and chills. This lasted for 3 full days. A week later, I have not had a solid bowel movement.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache, Chills

We don’t know but read about the lucky charms afterwards  This is the story. Nothing more to tell . 
We purchased it in a grocery store here. I believe it was this place.
