I ate a tuna sandwich and 5 hours later started to have diarrhea. Later I had stomach pain, cramping chills, body aches along with a 99.8-102 grade fever. I was unable to eat as it was immediately evacuated in diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Body Ache

I had started eating the sandwich and something just didn't taste right. It was unusually salty and overall something just wasn't right. The sandwich was disgusting.
