Picked up a barbeque chicken salad around 615p 9-1-23. Within 40min of finishing it, intense abdominal pains. I gave birth to twins naturally, so this is no exaggeration. Nausea and intense abdominal pains still going strong 90min later. Will update.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
