Ate 1 1/2 regular crunchy tacos at 1:30pm 10/3. Became severely ill that evening. I have never been this sick in my life. For the first time in my life I considered calling 911, but I couldn't make it to my phone. I spent the night in the bathroom and today I am so weak I can barely move.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills

Ordered a double decker supreme from taco bell in Englewood, Ohio, on September 16th, puked it all up about 5 minutes later, I still have the left over food and receipt, if needed. I t was about the 4th time in 3 years, first time reporting.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
