I ordered the steak breakfast crunch wrap supreme and the egg breakfast burrito. That night I had loss of appetite muscle weakness fever and the next morning I threw up and had uncontrollable diarreah  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Weakness, Loss of Appetite
