Both me and my brother ate the same thing at the same time at 11pm. It is now 4am and we both woke up at the same time with bloating, nausea and crapping our guts out.... Clearly food was tampered with  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Bloating

I ordered a crunchwrap supreme and a cheesy gordita crunch at around 7 pm. I went to bed at 10pm and woke up at 5am with above symptoms. Taco bell is the only food I had ate the entire day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Ate a Crunchy Taco Supreme, Cinnamon Twists and a small Mountain Dew at approx 8:30 pm. Shortly after I began feeling nausea and sharp stomach pains.
