It was with out a doubt either the catfish plate with creole mustard or the awesome blossom. I hadn't eaten anything else that day except a granola bar and spent the entire night in the bathroom. It was about a 8 hour ordeal and then I was right as rain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I are filet migion with a loaded baked potato and a side salad. Within 1 hr of getting home I had diarrhea and shortly after was vomitting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Had a steak medium rare on Sunday then Monday morning at 5am starting feeling awful. Now it’s 10am feeling slightly better nausea wise but still weak and have an awful headache with dizziness!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Dizziness, Weakness

My daughter received the kids mac and cheese. Didn't eat any of it until we came home. She started eating the mac and cheese around 7:30pm, around 9:00pm she has diarrhea, and at 3:00am she started throwing up (4 times). We will visit the doctor if she gets sick again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
