I ate a chicken over rice, requested without tomatoes. Upon opening, the lettuce was very watered down, and of course tomatoes. Barely ate any and picked at it. Shortly after I started to feel nauseous and vomited within 20mins.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Ate the beef and chicken platter with white sauce and a little bit of hot sauce at 2/22/2020. The same night I had sharp stomach pain for the entire night and had to vomit a lot every two hours. I had to use the toilet plenty of times.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
