I ate a chicken over rice, requested without tomatoes. Upon opening, the lettuce was very watered down, and of course tomatoes. Barely ate any and picked at it. Shortly after I started to feel nauseous and vomited within 20mins.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
