Chicken lean cuisine with spaghetti Just me a few hours after eating it for my lunch I started getting lightheaded then nauseas then the vomiting started with diarrhea. I also got really bad stomach cramps inbetween my vomiting spells.

Chef Boyardee Chicken and Rice is the only thing I've eaten today besides 2 apples. Vomiting began about 4 hours after eating. Vomiting did not stop until stomach was emptied.
