I don’t know exactly which one I was taken too but for the first time in years I bought oranges. Specially tangerines. It gave me and my son and my day care kid the runs. The only other thing I bought that was different was the oranges and the lunch meat  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other

I bought Hormel pepperoni from here. Started getting sick the same day with high fever severe dehydration anemia and rvr heart rhythm. I was in the Hospital 4 days, potassium very low.. I saved the pepperoni in a ziplock bag in the fridge.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Dehydration

Quaker Oatmeal Squares cereal - Brown Sugar, Every time I ate it, I had painful diarrhea several hours later. I kept thinking it couldn't possibly be the cereal, but after the third time, that was the only item that was consistent. Beware of eating right now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
