The only thing I ate 12 hours before vomiting was this. It started with a real bad headache that wouldn't go away until I puked my guts out. I don't have a headache now. I had french fries, a frosty, and two dave burgers.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Three family members had hamburgers (specifically Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers) for lunch, approx 12:30 on Tue 10/8. Vomiting started 11-18 hours later depending on person. I got a FIVE DOLLAR BIGGIE MEAL ON 10/7/19 been having diarrhea and nausea every since.
When I finished my bacon burger and fries pop 20 min I was on toilet 5 times befor I could sleep now I'm at work been on toilet 5 times already before 12 and stomach pain.

Each time I get a spicy chicken wrap, I get severe stomach pain and diarrhea over a course of 20-30 minutes.

I only had 1 of the wraps and in the morning it resulted in this.
