I ate the burger around 2 in the afternoon on Saturday 5/12/18 and almost immediately after eating it I started to feel nauseous. Around 5 I started to get cold sweats and had diarrhea, got a fever around 10pm and continued to have diarrhea, nauseousness, vomiting and fever till today.. 5/14/18.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My daughter had the 4 for 4 and a fruit punch. I believe it might have been the burger. I ready the Food inspection report and when it came to serving meat a the right temp it stated no. That should had have been a red flag but they still got graded a 91 A  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

stopped there saturday and got an order of chicken tenders and french fries. this was about 430pm since i had nothing to eat all day. about 2 to 3 hours later i started with the bathroom visits which last about 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ate a chicken sandwich from Wendy's around 11:30am Friday May 11th. By 1:00am, Saturday May 12th I woke up with chills, vomiting and the runs. It was absolutely horrible!
