September 19, 2023 Only thing I ate was wingstop with their bone in wings, fries, and ranch. Went to the hospital, became too dehydrated, had acute kidney due to it and inflammation in my intestines/colon  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Dehydration

I had wing stop on Sunday. I ordered it on Uber eats. The order took extra long and on Monday afternoon almost 24 hours after eating the chicken I had a fever and diarrhea. I have had diahrea now for a full 24 hours and had to miss work today  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever

I’ve eaten at this location multiple times and i’ve been somewhat okay. But 2 days ago i ordered a 10 piece lemon pepper all flats well done bone in wings and i could NOT stop cramping, diarrhea, and stomach pain.
