I ate here in 2015 , ordered a bowl beef with rice, after eating this meal, with 5 hours I started getting stomach cramps, had dierrea from this meal, only thing I ate that day, haven't been there since  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Had dinner at 10pm, next day around 12 noon started vomiting., One child and one adult. Fever, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite. Symptoms started about 12 hours after having a chicken teriyaki bowl  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Loss of Appetite

On 5/30/18 around 730pm, I ordered the combo teriyaki chicken and beef with the "Not so Fried Rice." The chicken and beef tasted fine, but the Fried Rice was very wet and was foul tasting. Purchased a beef plate at this location around 11:47 pm, food was not fresh. I consumed it 10 mins later when i got home. At approximately 4: 00 am experienced nausea and vomitting followed by stomache cramps, diarrhea and sweats. This continued the entire day after consuming.… See more
