Had combo shrimp and chicken plate and spring roll. 10pm at night then next day around 11am i had chills, vommitted, extreme lethargy.

I ate here in 2015 , ordered a bowl beef with rice, after eating this meal, with 5 hours I started getting stomach cramps, had dierrea from this meal, only thing I ate that day, haven't been there since  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
